Although our quality is premium, our pricing is not. What this combination means to our clients is the lowest cost per funded loan and the highest and most efficient return on investment compared to other marketing channels.

Standard prices for Premium Live Transfer Mortgage Leads vary by the states and volume you desire. In addition to a live borrower, each Premium Live Transfer includes the following borrower qualifications:

• State (2 State Minimum)
• Credit Grade (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor)
• $100k Minimum Loan Amount
• Maximum CLTV of 90%
• Loan Type (Refinance, Purchase, HELOC)
• Property Type (No Mobile or Manufactured Homes)
• Home Not In Foreclosure
• Has Not Declared Bankruptcy In Last Two Years

There is no additional charge for the use of filters. Clients receiving transfers in 2-5 states must select a minimum of 3 credit grades. Clients receiving transfers in 6 or more states may select a minimum of 2 credit grades. Your assigned Account Manager will work with you in determining the right plan to fit your campaign needs.
