Our call centers are fully integrated with our proprietary software solutions which allow us to queue, contact and live transfer interested leads in real time and as soon as possible. It also allows us to match the borrower's qualifications to our clients' predetermined lending criteria and to have the lead data available for our clients even before they speak with the transfer. Our system will additionally record the conversations between the borrower and our call center, which can then be reviewed as a digital audio file on our service portal. We do not participate in any type of lead fraud and are constantly monitoring the quality of our transfers. Each transfer is also guaranteed to be genuinely interested and pre-qualified to your predifined criteria. In the event that a bad lead does slip through, we will glady credit your account. |

Our service does not end there. Each client will have an assigned Account Manager who will oversee each campaign in order to optimize its success. Our Account Managers will offer feedback as well as request for feedback on the progress of the campaign. Clients will also work with our implementation department to employ best practices.
