Every live transfer undergoes our premium transfer process which provides loan officers with a live, qualified and interested consumer, along with the consumers data, all in real-time, everytime.
1. CONSUMER INTEREST
Borrowers express interest in a loan by submitting a request online or by expressing interest to a telemarketing rep. Once received, this data is instantly verified for valid information and DNC compliance. Typically, this "scrubbed lead" is sold to mortgage originators as is. We take it a few steps further to insure that the lead is truly qualified.
2. CONTACT AND QUALIFY
These data-qualified leads are then queued into our call center's dialing database and immediately contacted by our agents. Our agents will first verify their genuine interest in obtaining a mortgage quote then proceed to verify additional consumer information. Consumers who are not genuinely interested, not qualified or were incentivized will be rejected.
3. PREMIUM TRANSFER
After the borrower has been pre-screened and approved for transfer, our systems match them to you, the lender, in real-time. The call center agent puts the borrower on hold, then exclusively contacts you and gives a brief summary of the borrower, including their name, the type of product or service they are interested in, and a unique ID number which will allows you to pull up the lead data in real-time via our service portal or your lead management software.
The call center agent then introduces the borrower to you and disconnects from the line. The sales process continues between the you and the borrower!
